I'm a research scientist with four-plus years in molecular biology and multi-omics — hands-on with Illumina NGS (library prep, sequencer operation, QC) and single-cell sequencing workflows, including running the NextSeq 2000, bcl2fastq, and Cell Ranger.

Currently at Stanford's Covert Lab, where I manage the lab and split time between fabricating micron-scale microfluidic devices for live single-cell imaging and deploying scRNA-seq Nextflow workflows on HPC — with rigorous documentation and sample traceability in Benchling throughout.
